I had my house sided and the project seemed to be done incorrectly. In order to confirm my suspicions, I hired Hummingbird Home Inspections to take a look. Henry came out the next day and performed a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgeable and discovered a huge number of issues. He documented the problems in his report with images and detailed recommendations on how to fix them. This is the exactly the information I will need to pursue recourse. I'm not sure how my situation will play out, but I will definitely have Henry out again after repairs are completed to be sure the job is done correctly. I couldn't give a higher recommendation to Henry and Hummingbird Home Inspections.

I hardly ever write reviews, but every once in a while, someone delivers such remarkable service that I can’t help but take a few minutes to say something positive. As a first-time homebuyer, I’ve been navigating this process with very little knowledge of how things work. Henry made it so much easier. He was able to schedule a home inspection within a couple of days of my offer being accepted and provided a very thorough, detailed report.

What really stood out, though, was his communication and follow-up. Since the inspection, I’ve received several texts and emails from Henry checking in, making sure I got the reports, and offering to answer any questions I might have. From my very first phone call with him, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his customers.

Another thing that really impressed me was Henry’s honesty and integrity. I had paid for a general inspection, sewer scope, and radon testing. When he wasn’t able to access the sewer main, he was upfront about it—he explained why, told me he couldn’t complete that portion, and immediately refunded the money. He could have easily glossed over it or given me an incomplete report, but instead he was straightforward and advised me to hire a plumbing inspector. That level of honesty is rare and greatly appreciated.
