I hardly ever write reviews, but every once in a while, someone delivers such remarkable service that I can’t help but take a few minutes to say something positive. As a first-time homebuyer, I’ve been navigating this process with very little knowledge of how things work. Henry made it so much easier. He was able to schedule a home inspection within a couple of days of my offer being accepted and provided a very thorough, detailed report.

What really stood out, though, was his communication and follow-up. Since the inspection, I’ve received several texts and emails from Henry checking in, making sure I got the reports, and offering to answer any questions I might have. From my very first phone call with him, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his customers.

Another thing that really impressed me was Henry’s honesty and integrity. I had paid for a general inspection, sewer scope, and radon testing. When he wasn’t able to access the sewer main, he was upfront about it—he explained why, told me he couldn’t complete that portion, and immediately refunded the money. He could have easily glossed over it or given me an incomplete report, but instead he was straightforward and advised me to hire a plumbing inspector. That level of honesty is rare and greatly appreciated.

Henry is the kind of hardworking, dependable professional our grandfathers used to talk about but who feels hard to come by these days. Without a doubt, he’ll be my go-to for any home inspection needs in the future.
